Overall had fine stay for one night. The room was fully functional, it had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Liked particularly nice views and wake-up service, available when you need it. A train station right next to the hotel was really handy.

The hotel had a very central setting in downtown.

Breakfast was good and excellent, I loved almost everything.

The room was good sized and complete with the window heading the crossing, nicely renovated bathrooms and A/C. Particularly good location for our visit to a regional art museum at walking distance from the hotel.

A double room with three beds. Magnificent and unbeatable location next to city center, easy to get around.

Location near the bus station and railway station as well as Kuopio and Pujio park. Satisfactory and excellent breakfasts and good food available. The staff were service-minded and genuinely helpful and the design was amazing.

Pretty standard and exceptionally comfortable hotel, perfect fit for our needs.

The hotel offered excellent breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold food, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. They were willing to provide advice about the city and its attractions. The location was convenient and within walking distance to everything in the city centre. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations.

The Receptionists were so nice, the location is really convenient. Then, after we've left our valuables in the room, we've returned there our back way and all was Ok, thanks for this!

Cumulus Kuopio is close to the railway station and the city center, so it is quite convenient. The staff members are very friendly and helped me a lot to find the places I wanted to visit. Breakfast at the hotel was very delicious!

The room was very clean, but there was no air conditioner, so it was a little bit uncomfortable because it was unbelievably hot this summer. The electric fan is helpful, though.

Located conveniently between public transport station and downtown, the hotel offers easy access to many attractions. The rooms are cozy, clean with comfortable beds and extra pillows. The breakfast offers a decent variety of dishes, including small meatballs. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great location for someone travelling by train and not too far away to the market place either. Room was recently renovated/re-furnished.

Bathroom was quite basic

This hotel represents poor value for money as compared to European hotels in this price category. The quality of food is poor as well for the price you need to pay. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and in Kuopio there is hardly anything else than a hamburger bar. The personnel are not customer oriented.
